"Ms. Nguyen , I’m sorry you are going thorough this misunderstanding with my office. I don’t know who you talked to or at what time you called, but we have a very strict procedure to cancel policies. When you emailed my office inquiring about the refund you were informed of the required email from the actual named insured for a refund, we never denied the refund. We require a written request to confirm that the actual named insured is cancelling the policy. We have looked and there is no current or previous policies in your name in this agency. The policy you called to cancel does not include your name. Which makes a written request more important to request from the actual named insured to protect our policyholders. We have sent emails to our actual policyholder; he has not responded which makes it noncompliant to cancel without his written consent as per the state farm contract. Our office is a professional office and all of us take pride in the way we treat our clients and protect their information. We will need an email from Mr. Parker confirming he is requesting the policy to be cancelled with his email address and his new physical address so we can back date it and send a refund to him. "
